Hamburg-based property team AG is developing a service centre for Airbus together with HIH Real Estate GmbH at Airbus’ production site in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Immediately adjacent to the factory site, a building complex with approx. 27,000 m² of gross floor space is being built. It will feature, for example, retailers and a supermarket. In addition, a hotel, restaurant and new Airbus Welcome and Information Centre will be realised. The area will be open to the public, so that residents of the district can use the services offered at the centre. The new building was designed by the Hamburg-based architectural firm pbp – prasch buken partner architekten.
